Our services are covered by a separate agreement
This site describes what Majeste does. When we work with your agency, a signed agreement between your company and Majeste LLC covers the work, including scope, fees, data handling and confidentiality. If that agreement and these terms ever differ, the signed agreement applies to the work.
Using this site
You may read, share and link to the content on this site for your own business purposes. Please don't:
- copy large parts of the site to republish or sell them;
- use the site in a way that breaks the law or harms others;
- try to get into parts of the site or our systems you aren't meant to reach, or disrupt how the site works;
- use automated tools to collect content from the site at a scale that affects it, apart from search engines and AI assistants that respect our robots.txt.
Guides, briefings and tools are general information
Our Insights guides and briefings explain industry rules and trends in plain words, with their sources. They're general information, so check the source or the airline's own policy before you act on a date, a fee or a rule. They aren't legal, tax, accounting or financial advice.
The debit memo checker and the unused credit tracker apply published rules to the dates you enter. Airlines and ARC change their rules, and your contracts may differ, so confirm each result with the airline or ARC before you rely on it.
Projections are estimates
Figures marked Projected, including those in our estimator, come from published industry figures and the numbers you enter. They're estimates of what's possible, and they aren't a promise of any result. Our method, sources and arithmetic are in How do we estimate the hours a team gets back? In a real engagement, we measure your team's own week first.
Our content and our name
The text, design, images, figures and code on this site belong to Majeste LLC or the people who license them to us. Photographs credited to Unsplash or Pexels are used under their licenses. The Majeste name, wordmark and palm mark are ours, and you may not use them in a way that suggests we endorse you. Other companies' names and logos belong to them and appear only to describe the systems we work with.
Links to other sites
We link to ARC, airlines, research and other sites so you can check our sources. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content or practices.
Disclaimers
We work to keep this site accurate and available, but we provide it "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties about the site, including warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Majeste won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data, that come from your use of this site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law doesn't allow us to limit.
Copyright concerns
We respect other people's work. If you believe something on this site infringes your copyright, send our copyright agent a notice that includes:
- the work you believe has been copied;
- where the material appears on our site;
- your name, address, phone number and email;
- a statement that you believe in good faith the use isn't authorized by the owner, its agent or the law;
- a statement, under penalty of perjury, that your notice is accurate and that you own the copyright or may act for the owner; and
- your physical or electronic signature.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, apart from its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute about this site will be heard in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, California, and you and Majeste agree to their jurisdiction.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the site changes. The date at the top shows the latest version, and using the site after a change means you accept the new terms.
