Majeste LLC ("Majeste", "we", "us") sets up AI and automation inside the systems of travel agencies and travel management companies. This policy explains how we handle personal information when you visit majeste.co, use the tools on it, or contact us. It's written for business visitors, since our services are for businesses.
What this policy covers
This policy covers personal information we collect through majeste.co and through our own sales and support conversations with you.
When we work inside a client's systems, we handle that client's data, including traveler and booking data, as a service provider under our agreement with the client and our data processing agreement. That data belongs to the client and is governed by those agreements, so this policy doesn't apply to it. If you're a traveler or an employee of one of our clients, please contact that company about your information.
What we collect
Information you give us. When you book a walkthrough or write to us, we collect what you share: your name, work email, phone number, company, role, and anything you tell us about your agency and its systems.
Information from the tools on this site. The estimator, the debit memo checker and the unused credit tracker run in your browser. The numbers and dates you type stay on your device, and we don't receive them. If you copy a link to your estimate, your answers are carried in that link so you can share it.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, the service that hosts this site records basic technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, the pages you view and the time of your visit. We use it to run and secure the site.
Information from public sources. Before a walkthrough, we read what's publicly available about your professional role and your company. That might be your title or your company's recent news, and it helps the call start from what matters to you. An AI service helps us gather and summarize it. We keep to professional information and leave out your personal life.
Information from others. If someone introduces you to us, or you contact us through LinkedIn, we keep the details shared with us in that conversation.
How we use it
- To reply to you and arrange the walkthrough you asked for.
- To prepare for your walkthrough, including a short brief on your role and your company from public sources.
- To send you the emails about your walkthrough, including a note from the person you'll meet.
- To understand your agency's needs before and after a call.
- To run, maintain and secure this website.
- To send you updates you've asked for, which you can stop at any time.
- To meet our legal obligations, and to protect our rights and the security of our systems.
We don't sell your personal information, and we don't share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Who we share it with
We share personal information with service providers that help us run our business: website hosting and cookie-free analytics through Cloudflare, Google Workspace for email, calendar and video calls, Anthropic for the AI service that helps us prepare for calls, and customer relationship tools. They may use it only to provide their services to us. We may also share it with professional advisers, when the law requires it, to protect our rights or security, or as part of a merger, sale or reorganization of our business.
Cookies
This site uses only what it needs to work, and it doesn't use advertising cookies. You can see and change your choices on the Cookie settings page. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits and page speed. It's cookie-free and keeps every visitor anonymous, and you can turn it off on the Cookie settings page.
How long we keep it
We keep personal information for as long as we need it for the purposes above, including any legal, accounting or reporting requirements, and then delete or anonymize it.
How we protect it
We use technical, administrative and physical safeguards suited to the information we hold, including access controls and encryption in transit. No system is perfectly secure, so we also limit what we collect to what we need.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to show you the personal information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop sending you updates. Depending on where you live, you may have further rights under laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act or the GDPR, including the right to object to or restrict certain uses. Email contact@majeste.co and we'll respond within the time the law allows. We won't treat you differently for using these rights. You can also complain to the data protection authority where you live.
Legal bases for visitors in the EU and UK. We use your information to take the steps you ask for before working with us, such as arranging a walkthrough, and for our legitimate interests in running and securing our business, preparing for calls and replying to you. Where we ask for your consent, such as for analytics or updates, you can withdraw it at any time.
Visitors from outside the United States
Majeste is based in the United States, and we process information here. If you contact us from another country, your information will be transferred to and handled in the United States, with safeguards that the law requires.
Children
This site and our services are for businesses, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.
Changes to this policy
We'll update this policy when our practices change and show the date of the latest version at the top. If a change is significant, we'll say so on this page.
